1-    Information Form furnished by the urban agency.

2-    Certificate of Ownership (original).

3-    Cadastral register (original) + table extract.

4-    Photo report on the parcel of land or the existing project and
its neighboring environment.

5-    Architectural plan at 1/100 scale.

6-    Standard architecture contract + site specifications.

     7- Technical notice of fire safety (for industrial projects or those likely
          to receive people).

2-    Application for the authorization of building.

3-    Form of the state-financed civilian rescue organization.

4-    By-law of the company (should the owner be a company).
