As part of our “APPRAISAL” department, we ensure the following tasks   :

CONTROL AND ARBITRATION 

PUBLIC AND PRIVATE APPRAISAL

 

 

 

 

 

A – ASSESSMENT  :

 

·        Assessment of immovables.

·        Assessment and distribution of immovables among partners.

B – FEASIBILITY STUDY  :

 

Feasibility study of building projects:

 

·        Determination of the regulatory maximum covered area for each type of business.

 

·        Study of the business cost (cost price of the project for each type of business and for each variant).

 

·        Determination of marketable areas (with project title-deeds) for each type of business (dwelling, trade-industry-undivided shares etc..).

·        Forward-looking study of the selling price (per activity) for real-estate promotion projects).

 

·        Valuation of the estimated profit for real-estate promotion project.

 

·        Study of the technical process variants in order to optimize the project cost.

C-  CONTROL AND ARBITRATION  :

 

1.     Layout, survey and report on works’ progress.

 

2.     Arbitration between parties intervening in the building projects.

3.     Control of works’ surveys.

 

4.     Control of the conformity of the works to the specifications.

 

5.     Control of the observation of works’ contacts pursuant to the rules of art, (DTU, CCAG, pro-rata

D- PUBLIC AND PRIVATE APPRAISAL  :

 

1-     Expert accredited to the courts (dispute between individuals or between individuals and the administration).

 

2-     Coordination & running of a complex appraisal requiring the intervention of laboratories and specialized contral agencies.

 

3-     Fixing of prices for the launching of the sale of immovables by auction
(by courts).
